George TenEyck Re-Elected To Board Of Fire Commissioners

Commissioner George TenEyck was re-elected to a five year term on the Board of Fire Commissioners, at the annual Fire District election, held on Tuesday December 8th.  The results of the election was 56 to 1.  The term will be from January 1st, 2016 thru December 31st, 2020.  Congratulations to Commissioner TenEyck.

The Selkirk Fire Department THANKS everyone that came out and joined us for our 10th Annual Holiday Fire Truck.  The response from those we saw was overwhelming to say the least.  We enjoy bringing our Fire Department’s version of “Holiday Spirit” to everyone, every year.

Selkirk FD Participates In 2015 Convoy For Tots Event

On Sunday November 29th, the Selkirk Fire Department participated in the 2015 Convoy For Tots event, to support the Toys For Tots efforts.  Engine 41, loaded with donated toys, drove in a Convoy-Style processional, with over 200 other vehicles, delivering the toys to a Toys For Tots drop-off point.  Almost 40 emergency services organizations took
