Selkirk FD Responds To Boat Rescue Call

Congratulations Newest Selkirk FD Firefighter I Graduates

Congratulations Newest Selkirk FD Firefighter I Graduate – Alex Katko

Congratulations to FF Alex Katko, on completing the Firefighter I course.  Firefighter I is a mandatory New York State fire training course, that each new interior firefighter in the state must complete to be interior qualified.  The course is almost 100 hours in length, and takes months to complete.  Well Done Firefighter Katko.

Selkirk FD Installs New Officers

At the annual Installation Dinner, held on March 28th, at the Normanside Country Club, the 2015 Line and Civil Officers were installed.  Congratulations and Thank You to the new officers.  Other special recognitions, given this night, were given to a group of firefighters, who went to Western NY, after the Buffalo Blizzards left the area
